1. Promoter​
The promoter of this promotion is Karali MU Limited (trading as Marugame Udon), whose registered office is at Avon House, Arden Road, Ealing, London, W13 8RP, United Kingdom. This promotion is operated and administered solely by Karali MU Limited. Microsoft and Xbox are not responsible for the administration or operation of this promotion. Microsoft provides certain prizes only.​

2. Eligibility​
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the promoter, its affiliated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and their immediate family members or households. Proof of eligibility may be required.

3. Promotional Period​
The promotion opens at 00:01 on 15 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 05 June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter​
To enter, participants must purchase a participating Marugame Udon product with promotional packaging, scan the QR code on the packaging, sign up to MU Club if not already a member, and complete the online entry form. Upon completion of these steps, entrants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Only one entry is permitted per qualifying purchase. Proof of purchase must be retained and may be required for validation.

5. Entry Requirements​
Entries must be submitted via the official promotional landing page on the MU Club site. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries, including requesting proof of purchase and identity.

6. Prizes​
Prizes include a combination of digital and physical items. Digital prizes consist of game codes for Forza Horizon 6. Physical prizes may include Xbox consoles, and limited edition Forza Horizon 6 controllers, and headsets. The total number of prizes available and their approximate retail value will be specified on the promotional landing page. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary.

7. Winner Selection​
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period using an independently verified random selection process. The draw will take place within seven days of the closing date. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received

8. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes​
Winners will be notified via email within seven days of the draw. Winners must respond within seven days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Fulfilment​
Digital prizes codes will be sent to winner to download. Physical prizes need to be collected from the Marugame 1-4 Argyll Street, Soho, London, W1F 7TB office within 28 days of acceptance of the prize.

10. Data Protection​
Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by the promoter in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and, where consent is provided, for MU Club membership and marketing communications. 11. Liability​
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues or otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

12. General​
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated in a clear and timely manner. The promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion are final. By entering the promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.​

13. Governing Law​
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.​
