Our Journey So Far
and what a journey it has been.
Our journey began at Liverpool Street in 2021, fuelled by an eager passion to share authentic udon and tempura with London. The overwhelming support we received meant the absolute world to us and set the foundation for everything that followed.
Over the past five years, our udon story has grown exponentially, welcoming both new and familiar faces to the team as we expanded across London from the O2, Canary Wharf, and Oxford Circus to The Strand, Brent Cross, Kensington, Waterloo, and out to Reading.
Along the way, we’ve constantly pushed ourselves to improve: perfecting our signature bowls, developing exciting new menu items, and refining our kitchen craft day after day to ensure every bowl hits the mark.
