Each Bowl Stamp earned through the Marugame Club is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.

To keep your Bowl Stamps active, simply visit any Marugame location within 90 days — doing so will automatically carry over your existing stamps and extend their validity period.

If no qualifying visit is made within 90 days, any unredeemed Bowl Stamps will expire and be removed from your account.

We encourage members to visit regularly to make the most of their stamps and enjoy their free udon rewards!

Make sure you download your Marugame Club card into your iPhone or Android wallet before you get to the till (You only have to do this once) and be ready to scan your card before you pay everytime!

Once you have scanned in on a visit you’ll receive an email the following day asking if you would give us feedback. If you fill in the survey you will be rewarded with a bonus Bowl Stamp. Note you can only get one free Bowl Stamp from giving feedback every 30 days.
