European Franchise Partner Criteria

Prospective franchise partners should be an experienced restaurant operating company, well funded, with a good local network and the ambition to build a large scale Marugame Udon business

1. Size

You should be a large, well capitalised business with a willingness to invest in building a chain of Marugame Udon restaurants

2. Restaurant Experience

Relevant branded restaurant chain experience is preferred. You should have experience of building and operating franchised restaurant brands

3. Access to real estate

Network and ability to secure prime restaurant locations

4. Guest Focused

Passionate senior team with a track record of delivering operational excellence and an uplifting guest experience

5. Support Infrastructure

You should have a solid central support capability, including the ability to set up a secure supply chain
