Marugame Club is open to individuals who sign up for the program. Membership is free, and a valid email address is required for registration. Note management reserve the right to cancel or amend the membership, ‘bowl stamps’, discounts or any rewards.

You can earn a maximum of 1 stamp per day . Stamps are awarded when spending £7 or higher. Scan your card at the scanner at the till point on your visit to collect ‘Bowl Stamps’. Stamps will be added automatically to your Marugame Club account when eligible transactions are made. Collect ‘Bowl Stamps’ on dine in, counter served takeaway and click and collect and delivery (click and collect and delivery via QR code on receipts)

Upon signing up for the Marugame Club, you will receive 1 stamp as part of our welcome offer.

Each reward is subject to specific terms and conditions. Please refer to Section 8 for full details of the rules and limitations that apply to individual rewards.

All rewards earned through the Marugame Club are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, any unused stamps or vouchers will expire.

A ‘Bowl Stamp’ is valid for for 90 days from the date of issuance. So make sure you visit regularly to maximise your stamps in exchange for rewards and free treats along the way.

Both Local Business members are entitled to a 10% off total bill on dine-in and counter takeaway transactions only, available every day. You will be required to scan your Marugame Club card at the till to claim your discounts.

Register as a Local Business Club member: Available to employees or owners of businesses located within the immediate area of our stores. Proof of business association (such as a business card, company ID, or other verification) may be required. A valid VIP sign-up code is required to register. This code will be shared with approved local business networks. If your business has not received a code but is interested in joining, please contact Konnichiwa@marugame.co.uk to enquire.

• 1.1 These Daily Rewards Terms & Conditions (“Daily Rewards T&Cs”) apply to all Marugame Daily Rewards offered as part of the Marugame Club.
  1.2 By participating in Daily Rewards offers, you agree to comply with these Daily Rewards T&Cs and all other Marugame Club Terms & Conditions.
  1.3 Management reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any Daily Reward at any time without prior notice.
• 2.1 Daily Rewards are available only to active members of the Marugame Club.
  2.2 To qualify for a Daily Reward, you must present and scan your Marugame Club card at the till on the date the offer applies.
• 3.1 All Daily Rewards require the purchase of a main dish on the day the offer is valid.
  3.2 The qualifying purchase must be made in a single transaction and the Marugame Club card must be scanned at the till to redeem the reward.
• 4.1 Each Daily Reward can only be redeemed on the specific day stated in that reward’s offer details.
  4.2 Daily Rewards cannot be carried forward or used on days other than those specified.
  4.3 Rewards are only valid for dine‑in or counter served takeaway transactions and not valid with delivery (unless stated otherwise).
• 5.1 Daily Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5.2 Daily Rewards are non‑transferable and may only be redeemed by the Marugame Club member who earned or was issued the reward.
• 6.1 No substitutes are available for Daily Rewards unless expressly stated in the promotion.
  6.2 If a specific item in a Daily Reward offer is unavailable, management reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or lesser value at their discretion.
