How to reheat your Marugame at home
Our handcrafted udon noodles and freshly fried tempura are always best served straight away. But we know you may want to savour your dish later on. Simply follow the reheating instructions here.
Reheating Tempura
1. Preheat your oven to 180 Degrees C
2. Place tempura on a baking tray with parchment paper
3. Cook for 5 minutes and eat immediately
Udon Noodles
For udon soups
1. Boil water in a kettle
2. Place udon in a sieve
3. Pour boiling water over the udon to reheat
4. Add your noodles to your broth
Broth
For udon soups
1. Pour the broth into a saucepan
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for two minutes
3. Transfer the broth to a bowl and add your udon noodles
Dry Udon Dishes
For Yaki style dry udon dishes
1. Heat up a wok onto a medium high heat
2. Add your udon
3. Stir fry for 2 minutes
