By signing up and participating in our loyalty program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Membership Eligibility

Marugame Club is open to individuals who sign up for the program. Membership is free, and a valid email address is required for registration. Note, management reserve the right to cancel or amend the membership, ‘bowl stamps’, discounts or any rewards. 

2. ‘Bowl Stamps’ Collection

You can earn a maximum of 1 stamp per day . Stamps are awarded when spending £7 or higher. Scan your card at the scanner at the till point on your visit to collect ‘Bowl Stamps’. Stamps will be added automatically to your Maurgame Club account when eligible transactions are made. Collect ‘Bowl Stamps’ on dine in, counter served takeaway and click and collect and delivery (click and collect and delivery via QR code on receipts). 

3. Welcome Offer

Upon signing up for the Marugame Club, you will receive 1 stamp as part of our welcome offer.

4. Marugame Club Rewards

Each reward is subject to specific terms and conditions. Please refer to Section 8 for full details of the rules and limitations that apply to individual rewards.

Collect 3 ‘Bowl Stamps’ and unlock 2 x free tempura to redeem on your next visit.

Collect 6 ‘Bowl Stamps’ and unlock a free regular Kake Udon/ ‘Creamy’ Vegan Udon, to redeem on your next visit. 

Collect 9 ‘Bowl Stamps’ and unlock a free regular bowl, any udon or rice bowl of your choice, to redeem on your next visit.

Redemption of rewards only available for dine in and counter served takeaway. Only one reward may be redeemed in one transaction.
 

All rewards earned through the Marugame Club are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, any unused stamps or vouchers will expire.

5. ‘Bowl Stamps’ validity  

A ‘Bowl Stamp’ is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. So make sure you visit regularly to maximise your stamps in exchange for rewards and free treats along the way.

6. Local Business Club account

All Marugame Club Terms & Conditions apply equally to Local Business club.

Both Local Business members are entitled to a 10% off total bill on dine-in and counter takeaway transactions only, available every day. You will be required to scan your Marugame Club card at the till to claim your discounts.

Register as a Local Business Club member: Available to employees or owners of businesses located within the immediate area of our stores. Proof of business association (such as a business card, company ID, or other verification) may be required. A valid VIP sign-up code is required to register. This code will be shared with approved local business networks. If your business has not received a code but is interested in joining, please contact Konnichiwa@marugame.co.uk to enquire.

Membership is valid only for the registered account holder and may not be shared.

Discount applies only to the individual member’s purchase and is non-transferable. 

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or cancel membership if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

7. Student Marugame Club account

All Marugame Club Terms & Conditions apply equally to Student Membership club.

Both Student Club members are entitled to a 10% off total bill on dine-in and counter takeaway transactions only, available every day. You will be required to scan your Marugame Club card at the till to claim your discounts.

Register as a Student Club member: available to currently enrolled students at recognised educational institutions. A valid student ID or equivalent proof of enrolment will be required to activate your account on your first visit.

Membership is valid only for the registered account holder and may not be shared.

Discount applies only to the individual member’s purchase and is non-transferable.

8. Marugame Club rewards terms & conditions
As a Marugame Club member, you will be entitled to earn and redeem a range of rewards. The following terms and conditions set out the details and limitations of each reward.

8.1 Half price Kake Monday
Half price on Kake udon noodle bowl, all sizes. 

Available when you scan your Marugame Club card at the till. 

One bowl per person, per day. 

Valid all day on Mondays for limited time only. 

Valid for eat in and takeaway along the counter only. 

Not valid with other club rewards. 

Management reserve the right to cancel or amend offer at any time.

8.2 2 x free tempura terms & conditions

Collect 3 ‘Bowl Stamps’ and unlock 2 x free tempura to redeem on your next visit.

Your two lowest price pieces of tempura will be free, offer excludes Chicken Katsu, Japanese Fried Chicken box (Hot Honey or Teriyaki).  

Valid with the purchase of a main course udon or rice bowl. 

Your two lowest priced tempura pieces will be free of charge. 

Dine in or takeaway from counter only. 

You will be required to scan your Marugame Club card at the till to claim your two FREE tempura pieces.

8.4 Free Any Regular Bowl terms & conditions

Collect 9 ‘Bowl Stamps’ and unlock a free regular bowl, any udon or rice bowl of your choice, to redeem on your next visit.

You will be required to scan your Marugame Club card at the till to claim your FREE Udon or Rice bowl of your choice in regular size.

When the upgraded Marugame Club goes live, you will not lose any existing Bowl Stamps. All stamps collected in your current Marugame Club account will automatically carry over to the new system.

The upgraded Marugame Club will officially launch on Thurs 9th October 2025.

We’re upgrading our Marugame Club that allows us to provide more rewards, improved customer experience, and greater flexibility in how you collect ‘Bowl Stamps’ and earn FREE tempura or Udon.

Exciting New Changes:
All rewards are now valid for 30 days (up from 14 days), so you’ll have more time to redeem your rewards.
Stamps are now valid for 3 months (previously 1 month), giving you more time to collect and enjoy your rewards.
Plus, you can expect to receive special freebies along your journey as a thank-you for being part of the Marugame Club!

No, if you are already a club member there is nothing you need to do and your club membership id remains the same. If you haven’t signed up already, you can do it via here.

No, Marugame Club remains completely free.

If you’re part of the Students or Local Business Club, your membership and benefits will automatically carry over when the upgraded Marugame Club goes live.

You’ll continue to enjoy your 10% discount as before — no action is needed on your part. Your account and discount eligibility will remain active and available within the upgraded Marugame Club experience.

When the upgraded Marugame Club goes live, you will not lose any existing Bowl Stamps. All stamps collected in your current Marugame Club account will automatically carry over to the new system.

Scan your card at the scanner at the till point.

Make sure you download your Marugame Club card into your iPhone or Android wallet before you get to the till (You only have to do this once) and be ready to scan your card before you pay everytime!

Once you have scanned in on a visit you’ll receive an email the following day asking if you would give us feedback. If you fill in the survey you will be rewarded with a bonus Bowl Stamp. Note you can only get one free Bowl Stamp from giving feedback every 30 days.

Members may check their Bowl Stamp balance by visiting the Marugame Rewards Portal at https://marugame.co.uk/rewards
Members must sign in using the same email address registered to their Loyalty Club account and Marugame Club ID
Once logged in, the member’s current Bowl Stamp total, available rewards, and account history will be displayed on their personal dashboard.

Members who have added their Marugame Loyalty Pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet can view their current Bowl Stamp balance directly within the wallet app.

If your Bowl Stamp balance has not updated following a qualifying purchase, please allow up to 24 hours for the transaction to process and for your account or digital wallet to refresh.
If, after 24 hours, your Bowl Stamps have still not appeared in your Marugame Club account or on your Apple/Google Wallet pass, please contact our support team at konnichiwa@marugame.co.uk

When contacting Customer Support, please include your full name, registered email address, date and location of purchase, and, where possible, a copy of your receipt to help our team verify and resolve the issue promptly.
Marugame Udon reserves the right to verify all claims and may request additional information or proof of purchase before amending any Bowl Stamp balance.

Customers must retain their original receipt from the Click & Collect order as proof of purchase.

To claim Bowl Stamps, customers must log in to their Marugame Club account via the app or website.

Within the account, navigate to the “Add More Bowl Stamps” section.

Customers will be required to provide the following details from the receipt:

Store location where the order was placed

Date of purchase

Receipt code or QR code displayed on the receipt.
