Kamaage

Choose fish dashi or vegan dashi for dipping

Udon straight from the Kama (pot) served in Kama water with a sweet and smoky BK dashi for dipping.

Chicken Katsu Curry

Choose udon or rice

Crispy fried chicken thigh in panko breadcrumbs with mildly spicy curry sauce

Beef Nikutama

Udon with beef and caramelised onions in a sweet and smoky BK dashi broth, with a poached Onsen egg.

Kake Udon

Udon in a light umami packed dashi broth. Traditional Japanese comfort food

Choose from traditional fish broth or a vegetable broth

Kimchi Yaki Udon

Stir-fried udon with Kimchi, cabbage, red peppers, onions, carrots and bean sprouts.
